Kermit's testimony tomorrow

Dear friends,
Kermit will be sharing his testimony tomorrow with some at-risk youth (young men, about 18 years old). Please pray for him to be confident and bold, full of the Holy Spirit, and strong in the Lord. He has a powerful testimony and I know God can use him. Pray also for me (Megan), because I will be sharing scripture with them to explain the spiritual side and also my (limited) testimony of life transformation through Jesus. Also pray for Mary Kepchar, who will explain the physical/medical side of things.
Please pray for God to prepare the hearts of these young men who will hear his message: pray for God to change their lives and show them a different way of life: the abundant life that Jesus offers, not a life of drugs and alcohol. Pray God puts a burning desire in their hearts for something more, for JESUS!
Love,
Megan

Thanks Megan! It sounds like this will be a big day for many on the team and a chance to really interact with young people in need. We will pray also that you will be blessed in the process as well.

Hi U-Team'08! "The Uganda Widows" just had a wonderful time of dinner & bonding together. (Chris damaged her cell phone, so Jim,if you call, please call her at home or work. She'll have a new one by Tues. & Kermit, if you ahve a chance to call, please call me on my cell.) We continue to pray for you all - am glad that Kermit has Megan & Mary K with whom to share tomorrow. (Which ever Mary is not feeling well, is in our prayers) Mthr Travis prayed for each of you today - we all continue to do so. We had a good worship celebration this morning. Our Lord is continueing to bring in contibutions from our parishioners - little by little:-).
Know that we miss you and are very happy for each of you & God's plan for you. (Please give Kermit lots of big hugs from me:-) Much love to all, Trish

Mary Smith is the one who isn't feeling to hot. We laid hands on her
and prayed last night. The nausua has past... but she still has some lingering effects. She was well enough to go with one of the teams today and is certainly on the mend.
